The best thing about this apartment is the location. It’s located less than 5 minutes from the Q and 6 and about 15 minutes from Central Park and Carl Shurz. Additionally, the apartment is near many restaurants and Target/Best Buy/Ulta. It’s on the 3rd floor. The kitchen and living room are cozy, but the bedrooms can easily fit a queen bed, a desk, and another piece of furniture.
