Hey all!

My friend Amanda and I are hoping to find a third roommate for an October 1st move in.

We're both current Masters of Applied Theatre student at CUNY. We're new friends, so we'd all be getting to know each other together.

I've lived in the city for 2 years (Bed Stuy and Stuytown) and am now looking to be in Brooklyn near Prospect Park or Williamsburg or on the Lower East Side.

I have a day job in marketing and work from home 2 days a week, but I'm also often working from coffee shops. And Amanda is a badass barista and instructor and works a lot as well.

I like staying active and exploring the city, so when I'm not in class or work, I'll likely be biking through parks, seeing theatre or comedy shows, and going to singing events. Roommates welcome to come along! I'm not a big partier and don't have people over very often.

Since I'm in grad school, I'm often around reading or writing at night, and love to share quiet co-working space in common areas. I'm quite independent and busy, but also appreciate a sense of community and care at home, so always happy to catch up on each other's weeks over a glass of wine.

I'm clean and organized in common spaces, less in private space. Lots of practice with healthy communication (lived with 5 strangers in an intentional community for a while). Encourage boundary-setting!

I have a long distance boyfriend who visits every 6 weeks or so for a weekend. He is lovely and respectful and we'll be out of your way.
