Currently seeking a roommate to join a November 1st lease takeover (flexible) in a 3 bed/1 bath apartment in Williamsburg ($1510/month). Our place is located near Lorimer and Grand Streets and is a 10 minute or less walk to the L, J/M, and G trains!

My friends describe me as funny, laid-back, neat, outgoing, and politically-engaged. I like to be out and about, but do enjoy having a relatively quiet place to relax when I am at home during the week. While I'm a pretty clean person generally, I don't really care how tidy my roommates are as long as the bathroom and kitchen aren't a mess. I'm also queer, so being LGBTQ+ friendly is a must.

I work for a startup in the city so my schedule can occasionally be hectic, but I usually work from home about 3 days of the week. In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors at the park, cycling or working out, seeing concerts, exploring new restaurants, hanging out over a coffee or beer, and going out. However, I'm definitely an introverted extrovert, so I also enjoy spending some downtime at home and having a chill night in. Always down to expand my social circle after being in New York for a year, so I would definitely enjoy becoming friends with my roommates (as I have with my current ones), but we don't have to be best friends.

My other roommate, Alyssa, is pretty much the same as it comes to household habits, etc!
