Currently seeking a roommate to join a November 1st lease takeover in a 3 bed/1 bath apartment in Williamsburg ($1510/month)! My roommate, Alyssa, and I have been living at this spot for two years, but our third roommate will unfortunately be leaving us at the end of this lease. Our place is located near Lorimer and Grand Streets and is a 10 minute or less walk to the L, J/M, and G trains!

We live in a pretty quiet area, but there are still lots of great bars and restaurants within walking distance. I work in midtown and commute a few days a week, and that takes only about a half hour.

Alyssa and I are both pretty similar in terms of living habits and are very LGBTQ+ friendly. We like to keep the common spaces tidy, but nothing too intense. We’re both generally not very loud, but do have guests over every now and then and do throw a very occasional party. We’d definitely enjoy being social and making friends with our roommate, but no pressure either! We are cat-friendly as well!
