Karl E - $1,500/month

Hey yall ! My name is Karl, I currently live in LA and work here as a DP/cameraman. My company is moving me to NYC next month so I am looking for 1-2 roommates to go apartment hunting with and share a 2-3 bedroom apartment. I absolutely need to move in before the end of November but I can be flexible within that month.
My budget is max $1500ish. I am really not picky when it comes to location, just need somewhere safe within the city or not too far from it, I would be fine with Yonkers or even Jersey City to give you an idea. My only non-negotiable is that I need a place with a garage to park my work vehicle.

A little about myself:

* I was born in France but I grew up in the Ivory Coast and went to high school in South Africa
* Filmmaking is my passion
* I am a big football fan (i mean the one yall call soccer) but I am a sports fan in general
* I am in my mid 20s, and I love to socialize but also treasure my alone time.
* When it comes to cleaning, I am big on keeping common areas tidy. I am truly not difficult to live with, I thoroughly clean up after myself and the only thing I expect of my roommate is that they do the same.
* I am a generally calm person, when home I am really just gaming or watching series, at most I will watch a game or something
* I’d love to be friends with my roomies, but would totally be fine with a respectful and communicative “coliving” situation.
* I am generally cool with you having people over as soon as you communicate it beforehand and are not having a Project X situation going on in our living room.
* LGBTQ+ friendly (duh) and 4/20 friendly (double duh)
* I really don’t have gender preferences, I am okay with anyone as soon as you are not a murdering psycho (yea ik the bar is in hell)
