Hi, I've been in the city for about 4 years working in tech. I am definitely a night owl, love coffee, going to concerts, brunch, art, being on the river walk, picnics in Central Park, baking, and travel.
I like to go out and have people over but also need my down time to recharge. I have a hybrid working schedule go into the office 2-3x/week. I have a 1 year old black lab mix named luna, open to other pets as well! During the week, i tend to keep to myself but always down for a wine night or a quick chat with roommates. My room will always be a mess but try to keep common areas reasonably clean.

Lease Takeover for current roommates room, move in June 1st, 1850$, with lease ending March 31st, 2025. UWS near Central Park & Riverside right next to the 103 St 1 Station. It’s a great 2 bed + office space with in unit laundry, lots of closet space, elevator building. Bedroom can fit a full/queen with room for a small desk or dresser and large closet. Bedroom unfurnished, but common areas( living room/kitchen) are fully furnished/stocked. I’ve lived here for a year now and love the area, grocery stores right around the corner and plenty of a good coffee shops/ restaurants. Prefer mid to late 20s/early 30s female roommate but open to discuss with anyone. MUST BE Dog friendly, Luna(pictured below) is a very energetic 1 year old pup will also be your roommate!
