Hey! I am looking for a roommate(s) to find a rental apartment with on a long-term lease. Location I was thinking Brooklyn or somewhere downtown NYC. I'd be looking for a mid-May to June 1st move in date. I own many furnishings needed for an apartment, such as a sectional couch, TV, TV stand, coffee table, bar cart, rug, air fryer etc. For budget I'd like to stay below $1,900 if I can, but open to a conversation depending on the place. I am a clean, and tidy roommate.
