I'm winding down my lease in Bed-Stuy, and I'm looking for a new lease (preferably a two/three bedroom) in Brooklyn or Lower Manhattan starting on September 1st at the latest (can move earlier but not later). Open to living with men and/or women [lived harmoniously with both in the past] and have a max budget of $2000. Preferred neighborhood is Bed-Stuy, but everything marked down on my map works.

About me! I am a really easygoing person who cleans after himself and respects roommate boundaries. I am also a washed up runner, a movie aficionado, and a lover of existential questions over drinks.
