A spacious room available in a 2 bed/2 bath apartment in Prospect Lefferts Gardens. A great luxury building with tons of amenities and super friendly staff. The room will come furnished/unfurnished as preferred, and lots of storage space. The building also has a dog run and pets are welcome.
The unit is on the 21st floor, south facing and has a large balcony overlooking Brooklyn. A short walk to the 2/5 trains and also the B/Q are accessible too. Prospect Park is also close by and plenty of vibrancy and excitement in the neighborhood.
