I'd love to be in or around the East Village area; but flexible. Currently not on a lease so move in date is also flexible. I'm easy going , friendly, fair minded, and very responsible. I work in finance, currently hybrid, and spend most week nights relaxing in the usual ways, and spend weekends exploring the city, and you can feel free to come with. I'm always reading something non-fiction, run and work out regularly, enjoy sports (spectator mostly), video games and eat out way too much.
