Roomate wanted: rent stabilized apartment steps from the G station

Hello, my Roomate is moving out of state at the end of the month. I need a new Roomate to sign on a lease with me starting 9/1. It’s a great apartment with a much lower rent price than market due to me being here for 3 years. It’s got a spacious common area, the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment so there’s more privacy which definitely helps if you work from home. There’s in unit laundry/dryer. Steps for the greenpoint ave G station, short walk to mccaren park and if you know the area a whole lot of great bars/restaurants close by with a lot to do in the area.
