Ethan - $2,000/month

Hello! I'm a college grad working in sales for a software company. I'm looking to rent a room for preferably under $2,000 a month. I work from home most days so I'm hoping to find a relatively quiet unit with other working professionals. I'd like to move in by September 1st, 2022 and I'm searching for a year-long lease.

Currently, I live in central California and I just finished a year-long lease in San Francisco. Prior to living in SF, I lived in Sacramento for 4 years while going to college. During my time at college, I studied abroad for a year in Spain so I'm comfortable living with international students or professionals. While at university I was a member of the wrestling team and I've been spending this summer hiking and going to the river.

My weekdays are filled with work, gym, cooking (I promise to maintain a clean kitchen), and relaxing. On the weekends I like to go out and make new friends.
