Hi! I have lived in the city for a year now and unfortunately can’t renew my lease due to time constraints from management and my roommate deciding to move home. I enjoy a balance of going out drinking, getting dinner, exploring New York, and just about everything in between. I prefer not to bring the party back home except on occasion. I work a full time job so I usually like to be in bed at a decent time. I don’t have guests too often, besides my boyfriend who i currently do long distance with. The only thing that is an absolute MUST in a roommate is someone who is clean and values a clean home. I clean up immediately after myself and I need someone who will contribute equally to necessary chores to keep the apartment looking good and livable! I would love to live with someone i can be close with.
