I am fairly clean/ organized and easygoing. I am looking for an organized and friendly roommate starting in October/November as my current lease ends on October 31st.
My budget is $2000 a month.
My preferred location is Kips Bay, Murray Hill, and Gramercy, but as long as my commute isn't too long I am open to most areas. Some amenities I would want are an elevator and in building washer and dryer.
