I'm Colton! I'm from Massaschusetts, just graduated from Brown. My friends would describe me as easy-going, funny, and analytical. In my free time, I like to go to concerts, make music, and try new things -- especially food.

I'm a software engineer, and I work a pretty normal 9-5 schedule. I'm usually in bed by 12-1 most nights of the week.

I'm a pretty social person, but I value alone/quiet time. I want my apartment to be a place where I can have people over, but not a place that is constantly full of people. I'm open to the idea of my roommates hosting small get-togethers -- I would just like to know ahead of time. I'm also down to get to know each other; I'm generally excited about meeting new people!

I like to keep common spaces clean. I do my dishes every day and generally clean up messes ASAP. I'm open to the idea of a cleaning schedule to keep things organized.

My monthly budget is anything up to $3500, and I'm looking to move to downtown Manhattan sometime in early September. I'm open to living with 1-2 other people.
