Hi everyone,
I am looking for someone to take over my roommate's flex bedroom starting October 2024. The apartment is in a high rise building in Murray Hill, and includes a dishwasher, gorgeous views of the East River, multiple closets for usage. The apartment building includes elevators, a massive rooftop overlooking all of Manhattan, a doorman, gym, office space inside the building, and more! The rent would be around $2300 a month.
If there is any interest, please reach out to me, as we need to let the building know by the end of July if there is a plan to resign the lease, so would like to finalize a roommate by the third week of July, at the latest! Thanks!
