Setareh S - $1,000/month

Hi!
This is Setareh (means Star :) ), 26-7 years old. I am super excited to come to NYC in late August 2021 for my Ph.D. program at CUNY(Zickilin business school), which is located in Kips Bay, Manhattan.
Any place with a max. transit commute of 40 min to Kips Bay is fine with me.
A 2 or 3 bedroom apartment is great.

I like to rent an Airbnb in late August to start the house hunting and would be glad if we could do it together!

A brief of me :)
I am friendly, easygoing, and social with ENTJ character, you almost get how extroverted I am. But I am also very considerate of other people's privacy and must alone times.

I like hanging out together and with friends, going out and explore the city and the country, too!

I have an emotional character that is super kind and caring of other people.

My friends say that I am open and up for any kind of fun, trip, party, game night and any adventure! I barely say no to experiences!

I like to drink on weekends and have a lot of fun (inside or outside).

I am an entry-level in cooking but trying to improve it! My preference is healthy and good for fitness foods but also cannot get enough of unhealthy foods, too!

I enjoy any genre of music from every country.

My fav series: Friends, Breaking bad, Dark, GOT, Vikings, Blak mirrors, etc. I like to watch more preferably with my future roommates/friends.
I also watch a lot of movies in my free time.

I read books every now and then but not a lot, unfortunately!

My bedroom may be messy sometimes but I like common areas especially the kitchen and bathroom very clean.

I do exercise and play tennis regularly.
I like to start running every early morning if we find a house near parks! :D

My goal is to live and have a great experience with my roommate and enjoy life as much as we can with respect to each other's privacy.
