Hi all! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease in a RENT STABILIZED 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. Laundry and a gym are located in the building. The apartment is located in Hamilton Heights, two blocks away from the 1 train @137th St- City College; Riverbank Park is right around the corner; grocery stores and restaurants are all in very close proximity. Rent is 2,000 per month ($1,000 a month per roommate)and utilities are typically $60-80 a month per roommate. Current roommate is in her early 20s works from home but is super friendly and quiet. Available starting October 1st with the lease ending on January 31st, 2022
