I’m 28, a Brooklyn native working full-time Monday through Friday in corporate hospitality. I keep a pretty structured routine during the week and value a calm, clean, and respectful home environment.

I’m 4/20-friendly, LGBTQ+-friendly, and pet-friendly. I have an ESA cat that I would love to reunite with soon, so being comfortable with cats is important.

I’m easy to live with, communicative, and responsible, and I keep things low-key during the week. Looking for one or two roommates who are clean, self-aware, and aligned on maintaining a peaceful and stable living environment (preferably a 2/1, 2/2, or 3/2 layout) . I’m open to either teaming up to apartment hunt or joining an existing place.

My budget is around $1,400 for my portion, and I’m focused on Brooklyn or upper Manhattan.
