Hey, my name is Evan! I'm 24 years old and am currently living in Astoria. I came to NYC in 2017 to attend college, stayed here after graduation, and have been working in advertising for the past two years.
In my free time I like to stay active, including running, biking, and indoor bouldering. I also enjoy exploring the city, going out for drinks, cooking, and rooting for my Boston Sports teams. I also enjoy going to see new/classic moves.
In terms of location, I'm hoping to live near the border of Clinton Hill and Bed-Stuy, between the Bedford-Nostrand G and Franklin Ave C trains. My max budget is $1,500.
As far as a roommate, I am very respectful of living with others and am very clean. I am a bit of a night owl but am always very quiet at night. I prefer to live with a non-smoker. I'm a laid back but social guy and am hoping to occasionally hang out with roommate as well!
