Carlos V - $1,600/month

Hey, I’m Carlos. I’m a 26 year old currently living in Austin, Texas and will be moving to New York this fall. I grew up in the Houston area and went to school at UT. I work at a professional services firm doing internal finance and will be transferring to the NYC office.

As a roommate, I’m respectful of personal space and am always making sure my spaces are clean and my messes are taken care of. I love exploring and getting lost, which is what excites me the most about the move. I also enjoy going out with friends, trying new restaurants/coffee shops, reading, and really just trying new things.

My role is hybrid and I usually go into the office 2x a week. Work from home days are usually heads down, not much happens outside of working all day.

My target move in date is Nov 1st, but could possibly move that up if the right opportunity comes.
