Hi I'm Carter Podmore, a Copywriter who's newer to New York. I graduated from the University of Cincinnati 4 years ago and have been writing ads ever since. When I'm not working, I like cooking, music, cars, drinking, sports, and entertaining myself and others. Looking for some roommates to share a cool place to be.

Cool with animals, and while I can't predict how often I'll have friends over, I love to entertain and relish the opportunity when I can. I do partake in alcohol, but in a craft beer and cocktails kinda way. Sure, I'm 420 friendly, but I think smoking/vaping inside is trashy. Moreover, I love a grown-up, well decorated space, no Mojo Dojo Casa House for me. Therefore, I have tons of really cool furniture/decor, so wherever we find needs a legit living room, none of that just bedrooms and a kitchen stuff.

As far as timeline goes, I'm looking to move in ASAP. I will not be living in Manhattan, I've already been on enough tours to know that they are too small. My main priority is a lively spot in Brooklyn with enough space to fit the admittedly surprising amount of stuff I have. Like I said, I've been on dozens of apartment tours with videos and everything. I have a handful of great options for us the moment you reach out.

My perfect roommate is a mature, cooperative person with a great sense of humor, and no furniture lol.
