We are looking for 1 roommate for our sunny 3 bed 3 bath -- our current roommate is moving out after finishing her phd.

The place: location is on Manhattan Ave overlooking the northeast edge of McCarren Park, on the border of Williamsburg and Greenpoint. It is a 14-minute walk south to the L or a 3-minute Citi Bike ride, with a convenient Citi Bike dock just outside the apartment. We are also a 5-minute walk to the G. The space is over 1000 ft² with floor to ceiling east-facing windows, in a fun and active neighborhood with great food. We estimate rent at $2.25k - $2.45k, please ask if you have questions. The ideal move in date is June 1st, though a couple weeks earlier or later may also be possible.

About us: We are both extroverted with introverted hobbies -- Friday could be going out or working on a project. We work in-person in tech so the apt is largely empty, and we like to exercise, read, seek novelty, and keep the place very clean.
