Me and my friend and looking for 3BD apartment, we both have the same budget and are looking for another Roomate.

I like to stay active both physically and socially. I run, swim, lift weights, and on the weekends I'll hit up the bars, sporting events, exploring the city etc. It would be cool if we could hit the bars once in a while but totally fine with just splitting rent
