Hello! I am a 24 year old working in real estate finance and looking for a room with a lease start date between August 1 and September 1. I am flexible on the lease term whether that be a sublet or a full year lease.

I am a very tidy and respectful roommate and work from home ~3 days a week. I've been living in Hells Kitchen for two years now and seeking a room downtown as my current roommates and college friends are moving to Brooklyn. Some neighborhoods I'm interested in are: East Village, the West Village, NoLita, Chinatown, Soho, Noho, LES, Tribeca.

In my free time I like to try new restaurants with friends, go to the park, rollerblade, solo travel, see live concerts, and catch a good happy hour deal :)
