Cozy bedroom available in a well-maintained two-bedroom walk-up on the Upper East Side! The room comfortably fits a full-size bed and includes a full closet, with AC and WiFi already set up.
The apartment features a recently renovated kitchen and bathroom, both updated within the past year with a new dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, modern tiling, sinks, and a refreshed shower. Laundry is conveniently located in the building. There is a couch and a TV already in the apartment as well!
The location offers easy access to transportation, just two blocks from the Q train and about a 10-minute walk to the 4/5/6 lines as well as the M15 regular and SBS bus. Right around the corner is a grocery store and CVS, along with several gyms (Crunch, Equinox, and York Club Fitness), all within walking distance.
The neighbourhood has a good mix of people, from families to young people, and many great restaurants, bars and other shops. The apartment is also just a few blocks from the East River Walk and Carl Schurz Park, with Central Park and the Met Museum about a 15-minute walk in the other direction.
