Yo, I’m from San Francisco and just got to the city.

I like to play video/board games, read, exercise, explore the city for food and touristy stuff, checkout the bars and dance at clubs, and then fall asleep to youtube. Currently trying out new stuff: cooking, bouldering, and dance. I'm a pretty social guy, enjoy going to meetups and finding boardgame groups.
I won't bring the party back, but I do like hosting events (birthday, super bowl).

As a roommate, I'm a pretty calm and respectful with up-front communication. I like to keep the common space clean and tidy, and my room at most will be disorganized a bit. I'll be working from home all the time.

In a roommate, I'm looking for a roommate that helps keep a clean common space and respectful. I want to be friends, but fine with keeping to a minimum (maybe some idle chatter after work). No preference on gender. Not big on pets. Happy to have overnight guests over with notice.

For a place, I would like at least in-building laundry. I would want to live near gym, subway, and grocery store. I'm currently looking at lower Manhattan and mainly near East Village.
