Hey, my name's Ben, 26M. I used to live in Bushwick by Myrtle-Wycoff but had to depart NYC last year due to extenuating circumstances. Hoping to move back this March/April.

I'd like to move back to the NYC metro area with preferred neighborhoods of Manhattan (Chelsea, FiDi, Lower East Village, Lower East Side) or BK (Williamsburg, Greenpoint, Dumbo). If no units arise in those areas, flexible as long as it's a decent neighborhood.

I'm outgoing and get along with everybody. Hobbies include: skiing, golfing, hiking, learning to cook and being outdoors/hanging out with friends when I can, exploring the nightlife and NYC.

I'm an organized and clean person and have a history of paying rent on time, every time.
