I’m looking for a third with another guy I met on diggz. We’re both professionals in our 20s and relatively quiet and clean. The place we have in mind is a 3b2b in Peter cooper village, we toured it and all three bedrooms are large (150-200 sqft) and it has a good sized kitchen and great communal space. There’s no security deposit, utilities are included, internet is included for the first year, and it’s rent stabilized. The area is really nice with lots of parks, tennis courts, and greenery and it’s also pretty well connected.
