Hello!! Looking for a third roommate to join my friend Grace and I for an August 1 move in! A little bit about us: I am 24 from New Jersey and starting a new job in Midtown as an event operation coordinator and Grace is 23 from Long Island and she works in advertising/digital marketing. We happen to really like the UES, UWS, Yorkville area, but we are very open to other areas as well! My budget is 1350 and Grace has a budget of 1500, but we would preferably like to stay under that. Grace and I are super laid back and we are looking for a fun, outgoing, roommate who we could become good friends with!
