Karinna B - $1,500/month

I have been living in the city for a few years now on the UES and love it. I am looking for an August 1st move in and looking at the UES, UWS, and Midtown East areas. My monthly budget is between 1,350-1,500/per person. I would really love to stay below 1,500 if possible. I am looking for 1-2 roommates. I like to keep the common areas clean and work on a hybrid schedule. In my downtime, I love reading, baking, photography, and going for walks in the park! I'd love to grab coffee a couple of times to get to know each other a little bit before looking at apartments.
