currently looking into artistic conservatories and apprenticeships, moving from jersey to nyc so i can be actually in the city! I want to move in with 2-3 roommates if i find the right people

I'm a little messy but do my best to keep common spaces neat :) i spend a lot of time doing all sorts of crafts and reading. I'd really love to be friends with my roommates and hang out. i'm mostly looking in upper manhattan as well as brooklyn (flatbush and north of it, but im flexible that's just where i've looked). Im allergic to cats, so unfortunately i can only really live with dogs and other pets, but im totally willing to occasionally make sure a pet is taken care of! I'd really love to look for an apartment together and make sure everyone's wishes are met as much as possible! I can move any time within the month of August
