A great spot in beautiful Clinton Hill, literally one minute to the G train, a quick ride to Manhattan and other parts of Brooklyn. Next to restaurants, cafes, bars and groceries, yoga studios, Pratt Art School, and walking distance to BAM and a weekend farmer's market along the park.

The apt has high ceilings, a brightly sunlit living room, and is on a tree-lined block. Share with one female filmmaker/writer who works from home and one cat. People describe me as welcoming and kind. I keep it chill at home and go out with friends. I'm motivated by making art that hopefully will resonate with someone else's experience of being alive in this messy world. Keeping it clean at home helps!

The bedroom is small but has everything you need, including a desk, and drawers and hangers for clothes, and the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment, great for privacy. Loft style window in the bedroom - it does not open but it allows in light - and there's a fan in the room and AC in adjacent living room. It's a cozy and friendly home base in a lovely, convenient, and fun area.

Best of all is the amazing location, super close to the G train (just around the corner) and bus lines and the C train is a quick walk through the beautiful neighborhood.

No more pets, sorry! Vegetarian kitchen - you can get take-out and store whatever you like, but no preparing meat here (microwaving leftovers in take-out or your own dish is fine).

This room is available to people who work outside the home M-F. It's fully furnished and the lease term is flexible. Men have too often not been respectful roommates, so I'm generally most comfortable living with other women.
