Hey everyone! I'm a current resident of Flatbush in Brooklyn, and I'm looking to move up to a higher budget place when my lease here expires in November.

I work from home as what's essentially a cross between an accountant and a financial advisor, so I spend most of my time during the day at my work laptop. I'll occasionally hop on calls, but probably about 75% of the time I'm just at my computer listening to music while I work. In my free time, my hobbies mostly involve various kinds of video games, from single player story stuff to fighting games to mmos, and I love cooking my own food when I have the time to dedicate to it. I'm also trying to get into going to events for fighting games and card games.

I enjoy occasionally hosting company if and when possible, but will respect your privacy/needs and check with you before scheduling things, and I would expect the same for me. I collect a decent amount of memorabilia and decorations and would like to display them around the apartment as well; can be restricted to my room if that's an issue. LGBTQ+-friendly is mandatory.
