Pretty quiet but very easy going. Basically, I go to sleep pretty early on weeknights. Not looking for a roommate who is going to party every night in the place, but I don't mind if you have friends over (Friday and Saturday nights I really don't care as long as you don't disturb my neighbors). The apt building is pretty quiet and conveniently located near the Q subway line. The apt for me is literally just where I sleep and likely you will only see me occasionally during the week as I tend to hang in my room.
