About Us
I am looking for someone to take over my current lease which ends August 31. There will have a chance to resign the year-long lease on September 1. You will be living with AJ who is pursuing a PhD in Mathematics at CUNY and Christopher who is a young professional with a small dog named Ru. We are quiet, respectful, and we like to keep the apartment clean.
Overview
This listing is for one of the bedrooms in the apartment. We are on the first floor.. This apartment complex is gated and you must enter the building through a locked door. We have a television, dishwasher, and washer/dryer combo in the apartment. The 1 train is a block away and the A/C trains are four blocks away. There is a grocery store 3 blocks away and there are tons of restaurants along Broadway. Riverside Park is only a 5 minute walk away. It takes about 15 minutes to reach Columbia University via the 1 train.
