Moving into nyc from out of state and looking for roommates. I’m a young professional and prefer students or young professionals myself. I am a pretty laid back person, and have lots of different hobbies. I don’t have parties or blast music, but may be talking often on calls/videos so let’s not share a wall!

I’m a pretty quiet but friendly person, although if we REALLY click with similar hobbies, we can be best friends.

I like a clean common area and ingredient sharing for meals! Things like condiments and milk. But definitely very open to communication about boundaries and comfort levels. I work best with people who are great at communicating and express how they feel so we can problem solve and get along.
