Hi! I'm a 29 year old female who is a graphic designer at a book publisher. I like to chat with roomies when we're all home and have the occasional movie night/drinks, but also spend quite a bit of time recharging in my room reading/crafting—an introvert :). I like keeping common areas fairly tidy and don't smoke/use drugs. Looking for the same in a roommate ideally. Currently WFH during Covid, but usually work very standard 9-5 hours during the week and am home/out and about on weekends. Rooms available in 3bd Cobble Hill apt for May 1st

2 bedrooms available in a 3 bedroom/1 bath apartment on the border of Cobble Hill and Boerum Hill. I'm looking for two females to resign a May 1st lease with me. One bedroom is empty now, the other will be empty for May 1st. 1-2 blocks away from the Baltic F/G subway stop. Both are small/quiet rooms, able to fit full size beds. Ideally looking for females in their 20s/30s to renew a 12 month lease, starting May 1st. Or open to one person to rent both rooms as a bedroom/office setup!
