Melissa C - $1,200/month

Hi I’m Melissa, I’m 25 and I am originally from Miami, Fl but I moved to Sacramento, CA when I was very young so I was living there most of my life. I recently moved to Hollywood, Fl from Tampa because I wanted a new scene (Plus that was the only place my job let me transfer to at the time). Now that I work remotely as an Insurance Agent I am able to work anywhere without restrictions so this is the perfect time to be where I’ve always wanted to be. New York! I would love to find a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom since I’m pretty private. I have family there so I visited many times but I’m ready to make a permanent move. I love all the opportunities and different adventures to get into (bar hopping, Broadway shows, yoga at the park etc) My part of the budget that I am willing to pay is between $900-$1200 (preferably somewhere in the middle). I’m looking in Manhattan, Queens, Bushwick and Williamsburg area wanting to have the full NY experience with 1 other female roommate. I have a teacup Chihuahua named Macy and she’s only 5 pounds so she won’t be in your way at all. I am a clean person and I’m pretty quiet and non confrontational. I’m also sociable so that won’t be an issue if you want to talk since I’m looking to meet new nice people. My lease is up in May 2022 so that is when I’m ready sign a new one.
