• Spacious bedroom (13x11.5) with a large closet and great natural light • Walking distance to Eat Street, Loring Park, the Walker, the MIA, MCAD, MCTC, and UST’s Minneapolis Campus • Easy access to major freeways and multiple bus routes; 2, E line, 4, 6, 17, 18, and 113 are all a few blocks away. • Most utilities (water, heat, and waste) are included except electricity (~$20/mo) and internet ($22/mo) • Coin-operated laundry in the basement • Household supplies (toilet paper, cleaning products, et cetera) split equally • No dishwasher — we all do our own dishes About us: Roommate#1: has lived in the apartment since 2014. He works in finance and typically commutes to the office Monday – Friday. He is generally an early riser and goes to the gym daily. He also enjoys cooking and baking, films, audiobooks, and podcasts. He is particularly interested in international relations. Roommate#2: has lived in the apartment since 2016. He is a pre-med student at St. Thomas. He is a champagne and red wine aficionado and a devotee of carbohydrates, particularly pasta and potatoes. He also enjoys going out, dancing, playing board and games, listening to audiobooks and podcasts, and looking at real estate listings. He is especially interested in neuroscience, medicine, true crime, legal commentary, and European history. Mutual interests: cooking (and eating), art, fashion, thrift store shopping, music, theater, concerts, interior design, farmers markets, spending time with family, true crime podcasts, and BALENCIAGA!!! (AHS coven reference) A few things that matter a lot to us: We're probably a little too particular about cleanliness, but at least you'll always have a clean bathroom. Common areas stay tidy, and we'd expect the same from a new roommate. Privacy is huge — nobody enters another person's room without asking. We have been living here for a long time, so the common areas are well furnished and decorated.
