Apartment for Rent next to MSP, near Blue Line and Minnehaha

Diggz.co Minneapolis apartment located between Minnehaha and MSP and further from suggested Richfield. Listing an apartment space with bedroom and big closet to sublet. I'm doing a lot of traveling for the next few years. I will be in and out of Minneapolis for a bit. When I'm here I work long shifts at a nearby hospital 4 days out of the week. My work hours always extend late in the evening/night. On my work days, you probably won't even see me ; ) The bathroom is shared when I'm there. I'm not in the bathroom very often or that long. I have a hot steam/dry sauna pop up tent that I use. It can be quickly taken down and reassembled. You're welcome to give it a try. For my posture I often sleep on my preferred pullout foldable sleeping mat in the living room. I usually go to bed just before midnight. I don't own much. The space is furnished, but if you don't like the set up I can give it away or put in the garage. You can move in a new bed and bedroom furniture if you like. Its your own personnel space do what you want. The bedroom has a tall 10 foot window with 15 ft. ceiling. The best part the bedroom has an attached enormous walk-in closet. You can store a lot of stuff in that space. The washer and dryer is in the apartment. Ceilings are vaulted throughout all the buildings. Good location, fast commutes to Minneapolis or Saint Paul. It's easy and fast access to HWY 62, which can connect you quickly to about anywhere. From the apartment It's a half a mile walk to Blue Line train and park ride. From the blue line station at Fort Snelling you only have to go south one stop for MSP main terminal 1 or 2 stops to Hubert Humphrey terminal 2. Free ride blue line train to airport stops only, no fare check. For paid fare or student transportation card using the blue line south can take you to Mall of America. Heading north on the blue line will take you to downtown Minneapolis and a transfer to the green line at US Bank Stadium to the University of Minnesota. I always like getting off at Cedar Riverside and taking the Carlson School of Management short UofM bike paths over Washington Ave bridge to get to east side campus.
There is a golf course across the street and soccer/baseball fields sports complex. We have a 365 day indoor tennis court complex nearby with an annual membership. The apartment has a pool, fitness center and community center. In the community center you're allowed to host parties and get togethers with pre-approval, can have 170+ guest. In the community building we have Amazon lockers, very useful feature for receiving secured shipments. There's also walking paths throughout the grounds. MSP is next to the apartment buildings. It's fun to watch the planes come in and out. The windows do a great job keeping the sound from the airport at very minimal level. We have plenty of parking available both street side and in a lot. The apartment location is surrounded by state parks. The parks offer extensive hiking, bike, snowshoe, and ski trails that link to an extensive regional trail system. The Minnehaha dog park is one mile from the apartment. Probably the most popular dog park in twin cities. I'm ok with pets, but a dog or cat might come with an additional small fee/deposit of $150. Only 2 cats and 2 dogs are allowed. All utilities and shared Wi-Fi are included in negotiable $780 monthly rent. There is also cable available. You will have a mail key for a shared mailbox/locker with me. Also your own key-fab for all community spaces and apartment. If there's ever any problems with the apartment let me know, I will insert the appropriate work order to maintenance. They usually have everything fixed and workable in 24 hrs.

I could have shared apartment ready before August, just txt me your move in date. Your first month will be 50% off, $390. That will help give you some extra money to furnish your spaces.

If you need more space, I'm very accommodating. At no additional cost, we will also have shared detached garage space for storage. I can assist with move in. There's no deposit. You will have to go through a background check, including a kept picture of your IDs. Just please keep it halfway decent, smelling nice and clean. Anything else just ask me..
