📍 Great location. 🛋️ Move-in ready. I'm a laid back person & roommate.
My nephew is as well & rents the finished basement. (if he were to move out, that space would be available to you) We come from a big family and are used to sharing our dwelling.

I've been a caretaker/building manager in the past and do my best to make sure my tenants/roommates are content. I'm now a proud homeowner & work hard on up keeping our home.

(Bernie, Miko & Obi) I live a healthy lifestyle & like to work out between 7:30 & 11am several times a week. I like to cook, share recipes, & am just diving in to gardening. (I've got a bunch of lettuce growing on one side of the house)

🍜The neighborhood is awesome! There's so many good dining options just down the street, two lakes, & several parks nearby that are really beautiful. The house is located close to 694--convenient for getting around the cities.

🧹I'm off work every other Saturday--my cleaning & catch up on the yard & house work day.
I like to keep community spaces (kitchen, living, dining room) clean. The two of us would share the upstairs bathroom. *I tend to clean the kitchen & bathroom with more frequency throughout the week.

I have my routines & preferences but am also open to your ideas & suggestions. I think that's important when sharing space. I enjoy knowing others feel at ease in this space that I've been so happy to call home. :)
