I am a 35 year old woman who is an introverted, clean individual looking for a roommate to help with rent. I own a small jack russell terrier (10 pounds). He is not aggressive, however he does like to talk, and I have him house trained- he loves meeting new people and warms up to new people pretty quickly, he just likes to bark at first :) I plan on giving him doggy daycare so he would not be a bother during working hours.

Some more things about me: I love reading, writing and playing video games. I am generally quiet and love cooking, so I won't eat out or order takeout too often. I plan on learning the piano, however I respect noise levels and would wear headphones whenever I'm practicing, playing games or watching something on the PC. My job would require me to be gone during the day so I would mostly be around in the mornings and evenings.

I am looking for someone who is easy-going and doesn't need/want a lot of interaction, but I don't mind catching up now and then. I don't smoke or do drugs, however I am okay with marijuana, as long as my dog isn't affected. I do drink occasionally, but not to get drunk- just a drink before bed if I feel up to it.

I have never been evicted and always paid rent on time as well.
