Upcoming graduate at UChicago moving to Santa Monica / West LA for work starting summer 2026. Currently living with roommates and grew up with a sibling, i.e., I know how to share a space.
Broadly, I've got no problem with people who are a little unorganized (I can be myself!) but draw a hard line at being unclean. Common spaces, and the kitchen in particular, are always clean where I live. Would prefer a 2bd/2ba arrangement depending on circumstance.
