Hi my name is Alix. I am looking for a female to take over my master bedroom in a 3b2b apartment at Main Street Village in Irvine, California 92614. I am trying to move out as early as May 20th, so I would like someone to take over my bedroom by then. The apartment complex is very nice and comes with a lot of amenities. The other roommates who are both 23 share a bathroom together, so you would have your own private bathroom that is walk-in and also a walk-in closet and your own private access to the patio from your room. There is a $500 deposit fee and the kitchen is completely furnished, you would just need to buy your own bed for the master bedroom. It is a female only household, but we are pet friendly and don’t mind having guest over occasionally. Both roommates are very nice and friendly and are quiet. They work from 8 AM to 6 PM in offices so if you worked from home, you would have the house to yourself all day.
