I'm a professional woman who is responsible, considerate, clean, down-to-earth, and honest. I am respectful of my surroundings, pay my bills on time and am drama free. I work Tuesday through Saturday in Irvine. In my free time I enjoy dancing, playing golf, cooking and listening to music.

What I'm looking for:
I’m looking to move in May 1st. I prefer the following areas:Tustin, Costa Mesa, Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, Lake Forest, Aliso Viejo, Mission Viejo. I'm looking for a room, at least a 12 X 10, with a private bathroom. I prefer a place with full house privileges, no smoking of any kind due to allergies, easy parking, kitchen storage as I have an allergy to gluten, and the ok to have guests over once in awhile.  The max rent would be $1600. including utilities. I prefer a month to month lease but would consider a 6 month lease also. I'm looking for another roommate that is clean, responsible, down-to-earth and drama free. I'm cool with being friends and hanging out or just being roommates. It's also important to be able to communicate in an open/mature way if an issue were to arise.
