Hi! I’m originally from and currently living in NC. I’m looking to move to NYC in April. I work from home, but my company has office space in NYC that I’d like to use on occasion.

I’m primarily looking in the LES and surrounding areas, but I’m open to other locations. My max budget is ~$1800.

- I’m clean
- I love to cook and bake (because I love to eat). Also super excited to explore the NYC culinary scene.
- I’m a sports fan and bit of a tv/film nerd
- Social drinker, love to go out
- LGBTQIA+

The main reason I’m moving to NYC is the social element. I want to meet people and go out and do things, and a roommate seems like a great way to expand my social circle.
