David B - $1,600/month

Hey, I’m David, 25 y/o, Cal Poly SLO alum and a project engineer in industrial construction. I recently moved to Huntington Beach after a few years in San Diego. Loved it here, but looking to move closer to work now.

WORK:
Usually 6am–3pm. I work in project management and am currently helping expand the Torrance water desalination plant.

OUTSIDE OF WORK:
I stay pretty active - camping, skiing, hiking, off-roading, working out, golfing, working on cars, scuba diving, traveling, and fly fishing (recently picked it up). I also enjoy checking out good restaurants and the occasional night out. Always down for a weekend trip or last-minute adventure.

LIVING STYLE:
I’m looking for roommates around my age with similar interests. I like having my own space at times, but definitely want a friendly, social household, not just people who never interact. Also, I’m clean, but not a clean freak, and respectful of shared spaces.

I’m making more of an effort to keep a healthy work-life balance, so I’m usually up for getting outside or doing something active.

Ideally looking to move before August.
