Hiii! I'm URGENTLY looking for a roommate (preferably a gal) to fill the second bedroom in my West Hollywood apartment on JULY 1! Your rent would be $1750 before utilities (which ends up being $50-$60 a month)! This includes your own gated parking space (not tandem), a pool, AC, laundry on the floor, a small gym, sauna, and a super cute, walkable area!!!

The security deposit would also be $1900, but you would get that back!

I'm 25 and a July cancer! I'm originally from Upstate New York, went to fashion school in NYC, and then moved to LA to get my MFA in screenwriting! I'm a writer, creative director, and actress/model, so my schedule is a bit wacky currently! That being said, I'm really respectful about common spaces and won't hog the couch or be inside all day!!

I love to host and love to go out, both to drink and try new spots to eat! I don't really have men over or anything, and am a clean person! I don't cook a whole lot, but when I do, I will def ask you to try some LOL
