Very large private master bedroom for rent. 263 sq ft. It's private as it shares no walls with the rest of the house. 2 closets, private full bathroom, wood floors. One wall has floor to almost ceiling windows overlooking patio. Beautiful. Has TV, mini refrigerator, chair and AC. Shared laundry, fire pits, pool in summer.
House has 2 other bedrooms. I have a dog and a couple cats. House is clean and mostly quiet. Shared kitchen & livingroom although the rental room can be set up as a suite.
Plenty of street parking, security cameras, close to park. Good, safe neighborhood. Looking for long term roommate.
