I'm a very laid back 40-year-old male looking for a room in a house. I work in TV and work a lot so you probably won't see me around much. I work from noon to 8pm but usually work longer hours. I'm clean, very laid back and usually keep to myself. Don't really like to keep the party at home, would rather it stay out of the house.

I don't care about age range and tend to gravitate toward younger people — even though I'm 40 I don't act like an old dude — you could be a group of guys looking for a roommate in your 20s, 30s, 40s. I'm honestly just a chill regular guy looking for a room.
