The house is located minutes from Chambers Bay. There is public transportation right behind the house. And minutes from Curtis High School. It’s a quiet and friendly neighborhood. The room is 10x13 with a large closet. It is a private room with shared bathrooms, living space and kitchen (limited space). There are 2 bathrooms, 1 full bath and one quarter bath with laundry. Hardwood/Vinyl throughout the house. There’s a deck and large fenced backyard. Plenty of parking space. This is a smoker friendly property, just no smoking in the house. There’s a covered area off to the side of the house for those wet, cold or snowy days to keep you warm and dry if you need to smoke. This is an LGBTQIA+ friendly, 420 friendly, and kid friendly home.
