My name is Kowan Russell, and I am a 33-year-old male planning to move out of Seattle by December 31st, 2026.

After living alone for the past four years, I want to spend my remaining time in this beautiful city, ideally in a nice house with a yard, surrounded by fun and new people, while saving some money.

I'm an artist, community builder, and overall a chill person who loves meeting new people and trying new things. I'd love to have roommates I can become cool with.

I am looking for a large room, and am available to move in on October 1st, 2025. I have a preferred monthly budget of $1,000, but willing to go a little higher if the circumstances are right.

I have no gender preferences for a roommate. But, I'd prefer to live with people who are at least in their late 20s. If you are a responsible, chill, emotionally mature, and clean person(s) with a nice space, I don't care how old you are!
